With a diverse, 25-year career in Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Operations at brands such as the NFL and Paramount Global, Debbie’s background ensures strong strategic focus and operational discipline.
She likes to say that her “superpower” is being able to just figure things out. Give her a little bit of information about what you’re trying to do, and she’ll bring you back a plan to react to. Her big picture and forward thinking approach brings rigor, thoughtfulness and care to everything she does.
Within Building3, Debbie focuses on building relationships and partnerships that benefit our growing community, as well as high-level strategy. Her ability to leverage connections to build collaborative relationships drives mutually beneficial opportunities and growth for clients.

Her fierce dedication to team development and hospitality guide her approach to business optimization and internal and external stakeholder management that balance meaningful experiences with financial performance.

Once upon a time, Torrence and Debbie worked together at the NFL. A few years later, Torrence and Liza were working together to drive growth, value and impact for projects they believed in. Soon, the stars aligned and we realized that we all wanted to solve business challenges and be part of turning ideas into realities. Now, we’re building a community of dreamers who want to grow their passions and drive impact…while having fun doing it.
We believe that success starts with alignment around a strategic plan. And our backgrounds in marketing, partnerships, strategy, operations and program management give us the expertise to execute on that plan. Not to mention that our combined 70+ years of experience in the sports, entertainment and hospitality spaces have fostered strong industry connections that help drive relationships, growth and value for our clients.
